		<description>Huge power outages are one of my bigger fears when I have a stocked freezer.  I think your tips are great, and definitely something to remember.  I was living in St. Louis during their big summer storms and subsequent power outages a few years back, and there were lots of neighborhood BBQs going on because everyone&#039;s meat was going to waste.</description>
