Radiance - Thanks for the question! We're a two person household, so most of our dinners end up being lunch the next day. On days when we don't have enough leftovers, my husband eats peanut butter and jelly and I eat a salad, so we're always stocked up on romaine lettuce and salad fixings. We get the romaine at Costco -- 6 heads for $3.50. I also always pick up fruit for snacks. I like to have apple wedges with peanut butter or bananas. Hope this helps!
