We have always gone with the idea that the gift giving is created by companies out to make money and have no interest in buying into that. We like to do special things throughout the year together. I love my husband every day and try to show it every day -- so what's the big deal about some Hallmark holiday? Anyway, we usually try to share a nice meal together.
