		<description>Great suggestions.

Another one I might add is to purchase an extra set of ice cube trays. These are great for storing those small little extra ingredients that you may have otherwise thrown away.

If you have extra lemon juice from freshly squeezed lemons, for example, place them in the ice cube tray. Once the lemon cubes have frozen you can place them in a freezer bag. Have left over egg whites. You can freeze these as well in ice cube trays.

Saves money by cutting down on waste.

<description>I want to caution being cheap and being frugal. With cookware sometimes going to cheap can cause you to spend more in the long run. I have learned a few lessons the hard way.

<description>I&#039;ve never seen tongs with plastic ends before and I&#039;m always afraid it will damage my non-stick pans. I resorted to used using plastic spatulas instead but I guess I&#039;ll be looking for plastic tongs now.
