Daily doses of fish oil. I used to have unbearably itchy skin in the winter and after taking fish oil for while, I have not had itchy dry skin, even in the winter! Fish oil has many other benefits for your body also so you are treating many things at once.

Either is good on the fish oil. I prefer the pills because I don’t care for the taste. Carlson’s fish oil is recommended highly on a lot of health sites. Enjoy your lotion. Dry skin is awful!
