Absolutely! Especially once you become a SAHM, it'll be important to have such boundaries or even work hours, to an extent.

Sometimes it's easier for me to get more chores done after Shane is home and then he can chase the baby. But I really prefer to get it all done during the week so we can have the entire weekend to do what we want, instead of running to the store or cleaning something.

Still, it's hard because I never really "clock out." So I have to be mindful that I can actually keep a workday of sorts. It helps me stay productive and diminishes burnout.

I'm finding that working from home really makes setting boundaries at home difficult because now my work and home are the same place. I'm developing a list of things that when I think about doing, I say to myself, "That is not an option." Being on work email after 6:30 is not an option. Neither is working on Friday night. Having that little mantra helps me because it stops me in my tracks and helps me remember what it is I want to use that time for.
