		<description>Making our own chicken stock is a favorite at our house.  Not just because we feel we are using every part of the bird but because bone broth is also tremendously healthy for your body - especially building bone.   Adding a little apple cider vinegar to the pot of water helps bring out the minerals.

I also make a small batch without onions for our dog.  She loves it!
